To complete a small team, we are looking for: A professional agent - 100% As a socio-professional master To support apprentices in the field of management, maintenance, and building maintenance within the CFPS Le Repuis. You will join the existing team, consisting of building maintenance and management, to ensure the training of apprentices according to the professional requirements of the sector – in close collaboration with the various support measures of the CFPS. The main tasks will be: - To train apprentices as an agent or cleaner leading to a CFC, AFP, or other professional qualifications. - To ensure a level of professionalism allowing transitions in the job market. - To welcome and evaluate trainees in the professional phase. - To write reports on the support measures offered (support courses, social workers, psychologists and nurses, etc.) and participate in internal networking meetings regarding young people in training. - To manage the maintenance of the premises and the surroundings of the center. - To participate with the apprentices in the cleaning tasks of the premises and the surroundings of the center. We ask for: - A CFC as a cleaner is essential, a federal certificate is a plus. - Experience as a socio-professional master, or the willingness to train. - Experience in supervising apprentices or team management. - Several years of experience in a company. - A personal approach to deal with the difficulties of young people. - The ability to work with various partners from different professional backgrounds. - Ideally, experience in the educational or social field.
