As a specialist Mergers \\& Acquisitions you will play a central role in shaping and executing the Group's strategic growth agenda through high-impact transactions and partnerships. You will lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of buy-side and sell-side M\\&A opportunities, contributing directly to long-term value creation and strategic expansion. YOUR TASKS * Lead and support end-to-end M\\&A processes (buy-side and sell-side), including origination, execution, and closing * Build and maintain advanced financial models (DCF, trading/comparable multiples, and synergy-based valuation analyses) * Coordinate complex, cross-functional due diligence (financial, commercial, legal, and tax) * Prepare high-quality investment materials, including investment memoranda, board presentations, management decks, NBOs, BOs, and decision papers * Support transaction structuring, negotiations, and execution in collaboration with senior leadership and external advisors * Conduct in-depth market, industry, and competitive analyses to identify inorganic growth opportunities * Evaluate acquisition targets, partnerships, and divestment options aligned with corporate strategy * Support post-merger integration (PMI) activities, adhoc financial analysis, and financing initiatives YOUR PROFIL * University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field from a top-tier institution * 3 years of experience in Investment Banking, M\\&A, Corporate Finance, or Transaction Advisory (Big 4 experience is a plus) * Strong financial modelling and valuation expertise with hands-on transaction execution experience * Solid understanding of M\\&A processes, due diligence frameworks, and deal structuring * Healthcare sector experience is a strong advantage * Fluent in English and French (business fluent); German is a plus * Strong analytical mindset with a structured, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented approach * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment Are you ready to get started in an innovative environment?
