Today, Bvlgari across five business sectors: jewelry, fragrances, accessories, and in Switzerland, our and Fragrances divisions offer an inspiring and dynamic environment, providing exceptional career opportunities within a truly our Perfume X Retail Europe & Africa team, X Neuchâtel, we are looking for April a:Perfume X Manager Travel Retail - Europe and Africa(9 months contract for a leave coverage)Reporting to the Perfume X Retail Europe & Africa Senior Manager, you are responsible for driving growth and commercial performance by overseeing a major Travel Retail account, primarily in Germany and Turkey, while also supporting additional accounts across the Europe & Africa Account Leadership & Business DevelopmentIn this pivotal role, you define and execute a comprehensive key account for the Europe & Africa Travel Retail Perfume business, in line with global brand objectives and market trends. Acting as a business partner for key retail accounts, you strengthen Bvlgari s leadership position by building and nurturing long-term X levels to promote growth ensuring strong brand visibility and a distinctive identity within a dynamic and highly competitive marketplace. You lead complex commercial including annual agreements, promotional calendars and brand visibility investments, ensuring optimal terms. X proactively identify and assess emerging market opportunities and potential new key accounts within the Europe & Africa Travel Retail landscape.Performance & GrowthAs a proactive business developer, you leverage insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize overall performance. You are responsible for developing and managing annual sales budgets and ambitious growth targets, detailed action plans and commercial to ensure achievement. You use advanced analytics to monitor sales performance, forecast revenues and identify trends and opportunities. You strictly monitor and manage support budget expenses, ensuring efficient and of necessary purchase orders. You conduct compelling business to internal stakeholders and external partners, and Leadership & DevelopmentIn addition, you manage a team X based Sales Managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. You are in charge of recruiting, training, mentoring and a high-performing sales team, X Managers and Beauty Advisors. You oversee the and management of contracts with external agencies for beauty advisor staffing and provide regular performance feedback, coaching and development opportunities to ensure the team X and exceeds BackgroundHolder of a Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Business Economics, Marketing, or a field, you 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in key account management, with significant exposure to the luxury goods sector and Travel Retail, ideally in perfumes or a deep understanding of marketing, sales processes as well as of the luxury consumer journey. With proven experience in managing, coaching and sales teams, you are recognized for your strong leadership skills and ability to foster high have proven track record of driving significant sales growth and market share expansion in complex, multi-market environments. Equipped with excellent skills, commercial acumen and thinking, you adopt an entrepreneurial mindset.
