For a fast-growing company in Switzerland, we are looking for an M&A Manager.
Job Description
* The role requires travelling on the Swiss territory.
* Execute the organisation's M&A strategy, including coordinating due diligence, structuring and coordinating pre-closing and post-acquisition operational integration.
* Support post-acquisition to drive growth and deliver sustainable value creation and synergies.
* Deal Execution & Negotiation: Coordinate end-to-end transaction process: financial modelling, valuation, and risk assessment.
* Integration & Synergy Realisation: Develop and oversee post-merger integration plans, ensuring operational and cultural alignment.
* Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to corporate governance, regulatory requirements, and internal approval processes.
* Stakeholder Management: Act as primary liaison with external advisors (DD, legal counsel, auditors) and internal stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
* Proven experience in M&A execution and strategic partnerships within healthcare or related industries.
* Strong negotiation skills, including carve-out transactions and complex deal structures.
* Expertise in financial modelling and valuation.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
* Familiarity with integration processes.
* Fluent in English
* German and French are an asset.
* Professional experience of 10+ years as management functions
