For a fast-growing company in Switzerland, we are looking for an M&A Manager.
Job Description
The role requires travelling on the Swiss territory.
Execute the organisation's M&A strategy, including coordinating due diligence, structuring and coordinating pre-closing and post-acquisition operational integration.
Support post-acquisition to drive growth and deliver sustainable value creation and synergies.
Deal Execution & Negotiation: Coordinate end-to-end transaction process: financial modelling, valuation, and risk assessment.
Integration & Synergy Realisation: Develop and oversee post-merger integration plans, ensuring operational and cultural alignment.
Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to corporate governance, regulatory requirements, and internal approval processes.
Stakeholder Management: Act as primary liaison with external advisors (DD, legal counsel, auditors) and internal stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
Proven experience in M&A execution and strategic partnerships within healthcare or related industries.
Strong negotiation skills, including carve-out transactions and complex deal structures.
Expertise in financial modelling and valuation.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
Familiarity with integration processes.
Fluent in English
German and French are an asset.
Professional experience of 10+ years as management functions
