Job Description:
Owns the release lifecycle including scheduling, coordination, execution, and burn-in support across the change portfolio. Releases cover changes to applications, OS patches, security improvements, hardware and network upgrades.
Enables beneficial changes with minimum disruption to IT services.
Manages the end-to-end change process, authorizing and documenting all changes across the lifecycle to IT infrastructure and its components.
Facilitates service transition and service operation, driving strategic, tactical, operational, and emergency changes.
Collaborates closely with engineering teams, IT operations, and management.
