We are hiring an Executive Assistant to work directly with the CEO and management team at our offices in Schindellegi, Switzerland.
This is not a traditional administrative role. We are looking for a highly experienced professional who can serve as a trusted partner to senior management and help keep a fast-moving business organized and operating effectively.
Responsibilities
* Executive calendar and meeting management
* Preparation of presentations, reports, and board materials
* Coordination with clients, partners, lawyers, accountants, and service providers
* Project tracking and follow-up across multiple business initiatives
* Management of confidential and sensitive information
* General support to the executive office
Requirements
* Exceptional organizational and communication skills
* High level of discretion, professionalism, and judgment
* Ability to work on-site in Schindellegi
