Our Training & Simulation Systems business has close to 40 years of experience in delivering innovative learning, training, and simulation solutions to customers in the defence, public safety and security, and enterprise domains. Responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining C#.NET/ JavaScript application for new and existing projects as well as participating in the design and planning of new software features.
Be Part of Our Success
* To design, build, and maintain a reusable and robust code using C#.NET for backend services.
* Design and implement database schemas, write complex queries, and optimize SQL database performance.
* To develop and maintain a responsive and user‑centric front‑end application using React and JavaScript.
* Develop and consume gRPC API services and ensure seamless integration between front‑end and back‑end systems.
* Write unit and integration test to ensure code quality and reliability.
* Contribute to continuous improvement in the team by suggesting and implementing process enhancements.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Qualities We Value
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a software developer.
* Experience in full‑stack development.
* Knowledge in technologies such as C#.NET and SQL database.
* Hands‑on experience with front‑end frameworks such as React and JavaScript.
* Ability to adapt quickly to tackle challenges using problem‑solving approach.
* Understanding in Git/Azure DevOps for team collaboration.
* Has a strong interpersonal skill and able to simplify technical concerns for easy understanding between team members.
