Responsibilities
* Develop and execute product strategies
* Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Regulatory Affairs, R&D, Marketing, Sales, Education, and Manufacturing)
* Conduct market and competitive analysis
* Create business cases and financial models
* Manage product launches
* Ensure regulatory and quality compliance
* Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and strategic partners
* Manage product budgets and resources
* Monitor product performance
* Drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
* Education: BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
* Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of product management experience.
* Strategic Leadership: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product strategies, manage successful product launches, and drive revenue growth.
* Technical & Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of dental product technologies, market trends, and customer needs.
* Analytical Skills: Proven data‑driven decision‑making capabilities with proficiency in using analytics tools to assess product performance and market dynamics.
* Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
* Project Management: Strong project management skills with a proven track record of leading cross‑functional initiatives and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Budget Management: Experience in managing budgets and sales forecasting to support product financial performance.
* Language proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
* Industry Experience (Preferred): Dental manufacturing, medical devices, or related healthcare sectors.
* Regulatory Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with medical device regulatory standards and quality assurance processes.
