Join Groupe E Tech as a Technical Office Technician (80‑100%) in Switzerland. The role focuses on developing execution plans, maintaining client relationships, and managing project coordination from planning to invoicing.
Responsibilities
* Develop plans, diagrams, and execution files in compliance with technical, normative, and contractual requirements.
* Actively participate in the development and follow‑up of customer relations.
* Organize, coordinate, and ensure overall monitoring of services, from the planning phase to invoicing.
* Study, calculate, and negotiate offers, as well as prepare tender files.
* Identify and select efficient suppliers, in close collaboration with the purchasing department.
* Provide technical support to branches during the introduction of new products or new technologies.
Qualifications
* Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) as an installer‑electrician, ideally complemented by a CFC as a planner‑electrician or a site manager certificate.
* Very good knowledge of Winprogitel, CAD/CAE tools (AutoCAD), and the Microsoft Office suite.
* Knowledge of the ERP OfficeManager is an asset.
* Proven experience in a similar position is desired.
* Analytical mindset, organizational skills, autonomy, and interpersonal ease.
* Native French speaker; knowledge of another language is an asset.
