Main Responsibilities
* Full ownership of revenue, budget, and profitability for strategic e‑commerce key accounts
* Lead the development and execution of the e‑commerce sales strategy, ensuring sustainable revenue and margin growth
* Conduct in depth analysis of sales, profitability, pricing, assortment, and customer performance, translating insights into strategic commercial decisions
* Own promotion and activation strategy, ensuring alignment with long term business objectives and ROI optimization
* Drive strategic business development, including expansion of assortments, traffic generation, and new commercial models
* Lead cross functional alignment with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Product Management, and Digital teams
* Own end to end project management for key initiatives, ensuring delivery on time, budget, and quality
* Develop advanced KPI frameworks and reporting to steer performance and support executive decision making
* Lead annual business reviews, define growth roadmaps, and own high level negotiations and commercial agreements with key accounts
Your Profile
* 5 plus years of experience in e‑commerce sales, with strong exposure to marketplaces or leading pure players
* Proven track record managing large or strategic accounts with significant revenue responsibility
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with ability to translate complex data into business impact
* Advanced Excel and data analysis skills, experience with BI tools strongly preferred
* Fluent English, German is a plus
* Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with a structured and autonomous working style
* Ability to manage complexity, prioritize effectively, and drive cross functional collaboration
