YOUR PROFILE
* Completed higher education or equivalent professional qualification
* Relevant experiences in people management and team leadership
* Motivating team player, supporting and enabling others with strong hands-on mentality
* Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, strong focus on results.
* Structured, solution-oriented, and resilient under pressure
* Fluent in French and English (additional languages are a plus)
* Readiness to work on shifts (evening, weekends, public holidays, etc.)
* Valid Category B driver's license
