Job Title: Infrastructure & Utilities Engineer (80–100%)

About the Role
We are looking for an Infrastructure & Utilities Engineer to support technical systems within a GMP-regulated production environment, ensuring smooth operation, compliance, and coordination across teams. This role plays a key part in managing clean utility systems and contributing to safe, efficient manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the ongoing monitoring of clean utility systems
Handle and resolve system deviations in collaboration with QA, QC, and operations; define corrective actions and prepare monthly reports
Coordinate between operations, engineering, QA, and QC departments
Represent utility system processes during audits and inspections
Plan and coordinate membrane changes and visual system inspections; investigate deviations and implement corrective measures
Manage all utilities in non-classified areas, including waste handling and proper disposal of solid and liquid waste
Monitor daily system alerts, create work orders, and actively participate in troubleshooting and solutions
Your Profile
Technical degree from a university of applied sciences (HF) or a Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Process Engineering
Experience with change management in technical systems
Solid knowledge of GMP requirements and utility operations
Strong IT skills, especially with MS Office, SAP, and DeltaV systems
Excellent communication skills across internal departments (support, operations, QA, QC, engineering)
