Main Responsibilities
* Support onboarding of new internal and external employees in collaboration with HR and advise line managers.
* Ensure the quality and timeliness of educational content on the LMS platform (LMS Admin).
* Provide key-user support for common software applications (e.g., M365, Confluence).
* Create shipping labels using Nicelabel.
* Prepare and document meetings, including decision records.
* Develop and maintain various reports.
* Assist with client visits and shipping arrangements.
* Coordinate and book travel and events.
Candidate Profile
* Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
* Strong digital affinity.
* Experience with applications like Microsoft 365 and Confluence; SAP and Serviceware are a plus.
* Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Relevant work experience in a similar role.
* Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
* Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
