Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Shop Manager to inspire our team in Geneva. The ideal candidate is passionate about high-end client experience, has a proven sales record, and can embody the L.RAPHAEL philosophy through authentic storytelling and exceptional client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the daily operations of the Geneva boutique with excellence.
* Deliver outstanding guest experiences with personalized, high-touch service.
* Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
* Drive sales and achieve revenue targets by promoting treatments, products, and programs.
* Train, motivate, and guide the sales team to meet performance standards.
* Present the brand through storytelling, embodying brand's values of beauty, longevity, and lifestyle.
* Oversee boutique presentation, ensuring it meets luxury standards at all times.
* Manage reporting, client databases, and digital systems.
* Work fluently with computer tools, CRM, and AI-based solutions for sales and client engagement.
* Liaise closely with management to implement sales strategies and promotions.
Required Qualifications & Skills
* Minimum 5 years' experience in sales, retail, or hospitality management within the luxury sector.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with clients.
* Fluent in English and French (spoken and written); additional languages are a strong asset.
* Exceptional sales skills and proven ability to achieve and exceed targets.
* Strong storytelling ability with an elegant, engaging presentation style.
* Computer literate, comfortable with digital tools, CRM systems, and AI technologies.
* Ability to lead a team, motivate colleagues, and ensure operational excellence.
* Well-groomed, polished, and professional appearance aligned with luxury brand standards.
