What You’ll Do
* Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial statements in compliance with Swiss GAAP and regulatory requirements.
* VAT & Tax: Handle VAT declarations, AHV, BVG and withholding-tax procedures—ensuring full compliance with Swiss tax law.
* Accounts Payable: Process supplier invoices, run payment batches and reconcile vendor statements.
* Accounts Receivable: Raise invoices, monitor payments, run dunning cycles and follow up on outstanding balances.
* Internal Billing & Rental Contracts: Manage room-rent and intercompany invoicing in Opera Cloud (or similar PMS), track lease agreements and ensure accurate chargebacks.
* Digital Tools & Controls: Leverage Excel and our finance software to automate routine tasks, maintain clean audit trails and support ad hoc analyses.
Who You Are
* Educated & Experienced: Completed commercial training (e.g., Kaufmännische Grundbildung) plus 2–3 years of accounting experience in Switzerland—ideally within hospitality.
* Swiss Tax Savvy: Solid understanding of Swiss VAT, social-security (AHV/BVG) and withholding-tax rules.
* Tech-Forward: Proficient in Excel; eager to learn new digital finance and ERP tools (Opera Cloud experience is a plus).
* Language Skills: Fluent in English and at least B1-level German; French or Italian skills welcome.
* Organized & Precise: You work independently, pay close attention to detail and keep your deadlines.
* Service-Oriented: You present yourself professionally and enjoy supporting a front-line service business.

* Competitive Salary: CHF 4 200–5 000 gross/month + 13th salary (≈ CHF 50 400–60 000 gross per year)

Who Can Apply
* Candidates must have 2–3 years of Swiss accounting experience (hospitality background advantageous)
* Open to Swiss residents or EU nationals already holding valid Swiss work authorization
