Overview
Become a W Talent and Embody the W Art of Living! As a Commis de cuisine, you will rock the kitchen scene and prepare food items for customers using a quality predetermined method in a timely and consistent manner.
Responsibilities
* Prepare food items for customers using predetermined methods in a timely and consistent manner.
* Set up station with predetermined mise en place required to service all outlets and banquet functions.
* Practice sanitation and safety daily to ensure total customer satisfaction.
* Support the main kitchen for Brasserie 1519, Breakfast, W Living Room, In room Dining & Banqueting.
Qualifications
* Prior experience in a 5* hotel.
* Highly motivated, passionate, and detail oriented.
* Real interest in the worlds of taste, sound, body, scene and stance.
* Passion for giving guests an exceptional experience.
* Only applicants from Switzerland and European Union can be considered due to visa restrictions.
Contract
Position to be filled for the Winter season: December 2026 to March 2027.
