Responsibilities
* Call warm leads generated in our system according to your personal schedule
* Assist prospects with garnering appropriate coverage to meet their needs
* Mentor your teammates and participate in occasional training and meetings
* Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue expectations and meet sales and lead generating activities goals to ensure future business
* Show our solution to prospects with sales presentations, negotiate deals, and obtain sales contract signatures
* Identify and pursue sales leads, prospective new clients and move them through the sales pipeline from qualification to close stages
* Stay on top of market and industry trends to help educate prospects and clients on how we differentiate ourselves
* Leverage social prospecting and multiple communication channels to find, meet with, and follow-up with potential customers and deal opportunities
Qualifications
* MUST live in and be authorized to work in the U.S
* Solid phone manners
* Interest in helping people and solving problems
* Ability to work independently and manage your own career
* Coachable and willing to follow a proven system
* Must have determination and grit
* You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals
* You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team’s goals
* At least 2 years of outside sales experience preferred
* High school or equivalent diploma required; industry or product knowledge preferred
* Proven track record in sales
Compensation
$100,000+ per year, commission only
