We are seeking an experienced SAP Authorizations Expert within our Technology, Infrastructure & Operations team, capable of designing, building, and supporting global SAP (and non-SAP) authorization solutions end-to-end securely, compliantly, and efficiently.
Your responsibilities
1. Lead SAP Authorization solutions from both technical and procedural perspectives, including third-party systems managed by global authorization applications.
2. Gather business and technical requirements, translate them into designs, implement solutions, and manage changes through the entire Change Management lifecycle.
3. Ensure solutions meet Swiss Life standards and directives for quality and compliance.
4. Contribute to continuous improvement by proposing procedural and technical enhancements for streamlining and optimization.
5. Troubleshoot existing solutions, manage incidents, and support end users (3rd line support).
Your strengths
1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP Authorization design, support, and administration, particularly in finance-related projects.
2. Effective communication skills with various stakeholders and ability to manage pressure.
3. Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and proactive approach.
4. Passion for creating effective, automated, and transformative solutions.
5. Proficiency in English; German language skills are a plus.
