The Brand Account Manager acts as direct point of contact for assigned stakeholders to transfer value proposition for AbbVie Brands. In this role, you understand customer’s needs and adapt accordingly, guide customers to solutions and agree on necessary steps forward. You are responsible for the execution of the brand strategy in the multi-disciplinary In-Field Team (IFT). You continuously strive to gain market insights and proactively, transparently and constantly transfer relevant insights back to the IFT. Key responsibilities: You act as our point-of-contact and engage healthcare providers with AbbVie’s brand promise, strengthening our presence in the market. You understand our customers’ needs and develop tailored solutions that achieve greater patient outcomes. You know how to build strong, lasting relationships with experts and opinion leaders, thereby expanding our network. You use innovative approaches, including digital and omnichannel methods, to engage hard-to-reach customers and unlock new business opportunities. You set SMART goals to create successful sales account plans and drive them forward continuously. You analyze sales reports and market data to derive strategic actions and make decisions. You promote collaboration between field and office teams, helping to improve our processes and results. You stay up to date on market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights so you can always offer the best solutions.
