Responsibilities
Draft and analyse bids
Ensure the management and monitoring of works
Develop and oversee project financial plans
Manage accounts and invoicing
Participate in project design and planning
Profile
Building draughtsman federal certificate complemented by training in construction management
Proven experience (min. 3 years) in a similar role
Autonomous, rigorous and team-oriented personality
Excellent command of French (spoken and written)
Good knowledge of MS Office tools and industry software
Driving licence required
