Role Overview
Art Basel is seeking a Temporary Partnership Manager from July 1st to December 31, based in New York, who will be an integral member of our Partnership Team. This position reports to the Partnership Manager Americas and works closely with global colleagues. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Art Basel’s account management and operational execution, focusing on the Miami Beach Show.
Account Management
* Manage a portfolio of partners, ensuring smooth day-to-day relationship management and delivery
* Act as the main point of contact for partners on operational and benefit-related matters
* Ensure partner satisfaction through the successful execution of agreed benefits, including on-site activations and digital integrations
* Maintain clear, proactive communication with partners throughout the show lifecycle
Operational Delivery & Project Management
* Lead the planning and execution of partner benefits for the Miami Beach show
* Guide partners on event logistics and procedures to ensure seamless activations
* Ensure full delivery of contractual commitments, including on-site activations
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and timelines
* Track deliverables and ensure all milestones are met
Cross-Functional Coordination
* Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, PR, Digital, VIP, Operations, Galleries) and external partners
* Align all stakeholders on timelines, deliverables, and expectations
* Ensure all partner-related materials and activations are delivered on time and to the highest standard
On-site Show Execution
* Support on-site delivery during the Miami Beach show
* Oversee partner activations, logistics, and installations
* Act as a key on-site contact, resolving issues quickly and effectively
Reporting & Tracking
o Maintain accurate tracking of partner activities and deliverables
o Support post-show reporting and partner debriefs
o Ensure proper documentation across internal systems (CRM, reports, etc.)
Your Profile
o Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Arts Administration, or a related field
o Minimum of 3 years’ experience in partnerships, sponsorships, or business development (arts, luxury, or related industries preferred)
o Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus)
o Familiarity with design tools (Adobe or similar) is an advantage
o Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
o Client-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven mindset
o Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
o Team player with excellent communication skills
