We are looking for an experienced Software Test Manager to join a product-and project-focused IT environment delivering complex, distributed software solutions in a scaled agile setup (e.g. SAFe).
You will take ownership of quality assurance and testing activities across value streams, defining and implementing test strategies, supporting agile teams, and ensuring high‑quality standards across processes, organisation, and products. You will act as a servant leader, enabling teams to perform at their best while proactively identifying, analysing, and resolving quality‑related issues.
For this position, we are looking for strong expertise in test strategy definition, test concepts, planning, and effort estimation, along with a solid understanding of agile software development and quality assurance practices.
Solid German communication skills are required. Good proficiency in English and/or French is an advantage.
