How Will You Make An Impact
Are you passionate about event security and resilience? Do you have a genuine interest in delving into the variety of projects that the Meyrin-based Cartier Corporate Security team has to offer?
The Event Resilience Senior Manager will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the resilience planning and execution of Cartier events globally. This will involve managing administrative duties, fostering effective stakeholder relationships, facilitating clear communications, and overseeing processes crucial for the successful delivery of these events. The position reports to the Head of Event Resilience and will also have a close working relationship with other managers within the Cartier Corporate Security team and Richemont Group Security. The overall goal is to work collaboratively with internal and external contacts to deliver on the Cartier Corporate Security Team’s mission and objective of providing a safe and secure environment for people, reputation and assets associated with Cartier events.
Among various responsibilities, your main mission is to support the Head of Event Resilience to coordinate and implement:
* An effective and efficient governance structure on Security (physical, technical, digital), Health Safety & Environment and Business Continuity Management (BCM) for Cartier globally in close collaboration with Richemont Group Security.
* Threat and risk assessments and validation of venues and sites prior to Cartier events globally.
* Prepare Security concepts for events in collaboration with regional teams.
* Actively consult and collaborate with Cartier event core teams throughout all phases, from initial planning and execution to post-event learning capture.
* The screening, approval and training of external business partners before and during events.
* Training of internal business partners, when required.
* Assist in the management of the global event security budget, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting.
What Are We Looking For
* Preferably previous experience in event coordination – both stakeholder/client events – in a complex environment and organizing multiple events at different stages of planning.
* Proven organizational skills, time management skills and exceptional attention to detail.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, including ability to work with all levels of internal and external clients and suppliers.
* Good oral and written skills, including an ability to draft clear and concise messages and to present information and data in a logical and coherent manner.
* Working knowledge of computer software, including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint; previous experience with database and database management.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment that has synergies with multiple departments.
* Analytical thinking to problem‑solve with an attitude that achieves results and handles challenging situations.
* Fluency in spoken and written English; ability to also communicate in French is preferable.
* Willingness to travel within the different global regions where Cartier operates.
