Sr. Manager Supply Chain Analytics & Reporting

This Senior Manager role is all about harnessing the power of analytics to inform strategic decision-making across our supply chain organization. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing advanced analytics solutions that drive business outcomes and improve operational efficiency.
Key Accountabilities:
* Create scalable data visualizations to communicate complex findings to diverse stakeholders.
* Utilize SQL queries to identify relationships and causality across data, addressing critical management inquiries and increasing business impact.
* Lead the creation of business requirements and translate them into technical and data needs for the Data Transformation team.
* Secure one version of truth by actively standardizing, harmonizing, and scaling reporting capabilities.
* Evaluate reporting capabilities to ensure they reflect updated or new business processes and define areas for improvement.
* Identify business opportunities and provide strategic inputs for optimizing supply chain performance using data analytics and intelligence.
Requirements:
* Minimum 8+ years of relevant work experience in a multinational environment.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related field; Master's preferred.
* Proven experience in business intelligence with strong understanding of concepts, tools (e.g., Power BI and Structured Query Language), and methodologies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
