The opportunity
This is a full 360 role with real commercial scope. You will run end-to-end recruitment processes and build your own client base from day one. You develop your own accounts, generate your own pipeline, and operate as a genuine business developer as well as a strong recruiter.
What the role involves
* Identify and approach prospective clients in the IT and technology space
* Convert conversations into mandates and build lasting client relationships
* Develop your own pipeline — proactively, not reactively
* Spot opportunities through candidate conversations and market intelligence
Delivery
* Manage the full recruitment cycle — search, selection, process
* Build strong candidate networks and maintain them over time
* Deliver to a standard that clients return to
What we are looking for
Someone with genuine 360 experience who is comfortable leading on business development — not just in theory, but someone who actively enjoys the commercial side of the work.
You will likely have:
* Several years of agency recruitment experience, ideally in IT or technology
* A real 360 background — you have won your own clients and managed those relationships end to end
* A commercial mindset that means you are always thinking about the next opportunity
* Strong sourcing skills — you know how to find the best people
* A track record of performance you can speak to with confidence
* An existing network in the Swiss, DACH, or US market
* Familiarity with the Swiss or international tech hiring landscape
