Customer Audit Manager (w/m/d)
Location: Visp, Switzerland
Duration: 01/09/2025 - 31/03/2026 + possibility of an extension
Key Responsibilities
* Planning, managing and documenting customer audits
* Answering customer requests for audit dates
* Planning audits together with Lonza project teams, based on the customers' agendas
* Organising the required infrastructure (meeting rooms etc.)
* Presenting Lonza's Quality systems to the customer
* Coordinating with the project teams to ensure that all SMEs and documents requested by the customer are available in a timely manner
* Documenting the audits in TrackWise
* Coordinating the responses to audit observations with the project team and ensuring that the customer receives the responses within the given timelines
Key Requirements
* General knowledge of manufacturing processes and analytical methods
* Auditing experience
* Professional appearance and attitude to establish and maintain excellent working relationship with customers
* Excellent organizational skills
* Ability to work in partnership as an active member of a team and/or cross functional working groups
* Ability to prioritize and manage work to meet timelines in a fast-paced environment
* Strong individual contributor
* Ability to align cross functional stakeholders
* Must take initiative, be organized, be able to manage multiple priorities in a timely manner
* Understand customers' needs and requirements
* Considers time sensitivity of requests to ensure customer satisfaction
* Provide exceptional customer service by developing excellent working relationships with both external and internal customers
* Likes to work closely within different teams and with other departments
* Must interpret and maintain proficiency in regulations, standards, guidelines and trends in cGMP
