It is also a hotel and one of the largest conference and banqueting centres in the region, open to the public, with its four buildings, 90 rooms, 10 meeting rooms X self-service are seeking a « Sales & Marketing » who will be responsible for promoting the Bossey s brand and maximizing revenue through sales and marketing This role combines both sales and marketing responsibilities – ideal for a professional who enjoys building, promotion and delivering strong guest and Marketing As soon as 100%REPORTS TO: Bossey Hotel & Conference Centre ManagerSPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIESSales ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong with clients, travel agencies, tour and event organisers.Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase room occupancy, banquets, and event bookings.Prepare and deliver sales proposals, and contracts to potential clients.Conduct regular sales calls, site inspections, and client follow-ups.Maintain an of clients and prospects (CRM).Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.Marketing ResponsibilitiesClose with the WCC department, ensuring a common and positioning. with graphic designers and agencies for Bossey promotional brochures, and advertisements.Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote the hotel s rooms, dining, and event the hotel s social media and digital presence (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.).Monitor online reviews and responding promptly and professionally to feedback (including follow-up on reviews, comments with personalised responses, and managing instant damage controls).Set up and monitor relevant in organising hotel promotions, seasonal offers, and special events to guests.Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer & ReportingPrepare monthly sales and marketing reports for management performance metrics (occupancy revenue growth, marketing ROI).Ensure marketing and align with Bossey s brand image and AND SPECIAL & ExperienceStudies in Marketing, Business Hospitality Management, or –4 years of experience in hotel sales, marketing, or roles (experience in small/medium-sized hotels preferred).Skills & CompetenciesExcellent and skills.Fluency in the French and English languages.
