Job Description As a Talent Acquisition Officer, you will participate within the Talent Acquisition team to attracting and recruiting talent for our Organisation. You will gain hands-on experience and develop valuable skills in sourcing, recruitment, and employer branding. Your responsibilities : Participate in the full recruitment and sourcing lifecycle, including CV screening, candidate communication, interview coordination, and contract administration. Proactively engage with potential candidates through online platforms, professional networks, and databases, with a particular focus on under-represented groups (e.g. women in STEM). Contribute to promoting CERN's employer brand across multiple channels, including social media, job boards, and career fairs. Generate reports and analyse recruitment and sourcing data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for continuous improvement. Your profile: Knowledge of basic recruitment & sourcing principles and techniques. Knowledge of content creation and social media tools will be an asset. Skills: Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel. Proactive, with a strong willingness to learn and contribute to team objectives. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism. Spoken and written English, with a commitment to learn French. Eligibility criteria: By the application deadline, you have a maximum of two years of professional experience since graduation in HR, Business Administration, Psychology (or a related field) and your highest educational qualification is either a Bachelor's or Master's degree. You have never had a CERN fellow or graduate contract before. Applicants without University degree are not eligible. Applicants with a PhD are not eligible.
