We are seeking an experienced and innovative Blockchain Business Development Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Web3 industry, excellent analytical and networking skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction, arranging business development meetings with prospective clients, conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs, and promoting the company's products/services by addressing or predicting clients' objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of proven working experience in the Web3 industry, as a business development manager, sales executive, or in a relevant role.
* Excellent analytical, networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Proficiency in English.
* Market knowledge.
* Ability to build rapport.
* Time management and planning skills.
