Responsibilities
1. Set up and implement project, program, and product structures for development and product care activities
2. Create and maintain integrated project plans including dependencies, resources, and budgets
3. Ensure quality implementation in risk management, critical path analysis, scenario planning, and budget control
4. Guide teams through milestone reviews, capacity reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
5. Apply project methodologies, including agile practices, and coach teams in hybrid agile/non-agile approaches
6. Manage meetings, knowledge sharing, and foster positive team dynamics
7. Establish and report KPIs, OKRs, and other metrics to measure project success
8. Identify risks, bottlenecks, and propose solutions to keep projects on track while communicating proactively with stakeholders
Profile
9. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent apprenticeship in a relevant field
10. Solid experience of project/program management in diagnostics, MedTech, pharma, or food industry
11. Fluent English; another language is a strong plus
12. Proficiency with Google Suite, Jira, Planisware, or other project management tools
13. Strong communication skills and customer focus
14. Experience in risk management and scenario analysis
15. Ability to work in cross-functional and international teams
16. Resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of coaching peers and team members
