Your Role
As part of the development of our activities in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for a Site supervisor specialized in post-tensioning to support civil engineering projects involving special construction works. You will be responsible for managing and executing construction sites, in coordination with our internal teams, local partners, and clients.
Your Main Responsibilities
* Management and coordination of construction sites in the field of prestressing and structural maintenance
* Collaboration with local contractors and planners
* Coordination with the internal technical office and the different departments of the company
* Work preparation of your construction sites
* Billing and cost monitoring of your construction sites
* Preparation and processing of supplementary offers
* Ensuring the application of safety standards and health and safety regulations in the workplace
Profile Sought
* Training as a construction foreman or civil engineer with professional experience as a construction foreman
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Swiss-German or German as mother tongue, additional knowledge of French an advantage
* Strong team spirit and excellent communication skills
* Team-oriented personality
* Excellent planning and organizational skills to effectively manage priorities and deliver projects on time
* Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and MS Project
