HOW YOU CAN MAKE AN IMPACT
* Planning, coordinating and executing the rollout of SAP SuccessFactors in 23 countries, mainly in Europe
* Close collaboration with the local teams to understand and implement the requirements and needs of the respective country organisations
* Ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets and quality standards
* Training employees in the various subsidiaries in the use of SAP SuccessFactors
* Continuous optimisation and further development of the SAP SuccessFactors system
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
* Completed studies in the field of human resources, business administration or (business) informatics or comparable qualification
* Several years of professional experience in the area of human resources, SAP SuccessFactors and in international project management
* Very good knowledge of the implementation and rollout of SAP SuccessFactors
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Very good knowledge of German and English, further language skills an advantage
