As a Commercial / Wholesale / Sales Account Specialist, you’ll be responsible for designated wholesale accounts (boutiques, department stores, online stores) in the luxury fashion segment to ensure positive development of relationships, timely merchandise deliveries, successful performance, and proper representation of the collection and the Brand.

Your main responsibilities as Wholesale Back Office Assistant : Communicate directly with members of the commercial team, international buyers, and store owners regarding all commercial issues.
Assist international buyers in building and placing orders, input orders into the system, and provide order confirmations.
Maintain direct contact with buyers to inform them about merchandise availability, share financial documents, trace payments, and coordinate with the warehouse.
Build relationships with international buyers to ensure proper offline and online representation of collections, analyze sell-through data, and promptly offer reorders.
Research and monitor markets to discover new retailers and potential partners, and evaluate current stockists.
Monitor incoming payments from stores, create shipping overviews, and prepare account statements.
Collaborate with the production team to determine recommended retail prices for new collections.
Requirements: 2-5 years of experience in a similar position.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage time effectively and evaluate task urgency.
Proficiency with professional software such as Joor, Le New Black, Zedonk, and similar tools.
High proficiency in English is mandatory.
Knowledge of Italian and French is a plus.
Strong mathematical skills.
Ability to analyze information and use insights to solve problems promptly.
Willingness to grow within the luxury fashion commercial department.
Openness to taking on additional responsibilities, including collaborations, negotiations, and partnerships.
