In order to strengthen the quality of analysis in the Business Performance management area, we are seeking an experienced Senior Business Controller to join our dynamic Planning & Control Team.
You will be responsible for business partnering, preparing key reporting requirements and forecasting as well as supporting the business with ad hoc analysis and advice.

Job Description
1. Monitor performances and KPIs: Carry out regular business performance analysis and variance analysis by category, region, and sales channel. Analyze financial data and performance indicators to identify trends and areas for improvement.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Support new business initiatives and provide financial guidance to various stakeholders.
3. Integrity in Decision-Making: Maintain ethical standards in all financial practices, ensuring trust with stakeholders and leadership.
4. Support to manage the budget process, forecast: Build details and reports linked to a specific business line, supporting mid-year planning.
5. Demonstrate business acumen: Understand the business model, industry trends, and competitive landscape to make aligned financial recommendations.
6. Long-term Vision: Anticipate future financial trends, risks, and opportunities to guide sustainable growth.
7. Hands-on Knowledge of the Business: Be involved in day-to-day operations to understand the financial impact of operational decisions.
8. Embracing Digital Transformation: Be open to new technologies such as automation, AI, and data analytics to drive efficiencies and insights.
Qualifications
* Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
* 3-5 years of experience with budgeting, forecasting models, or finance controlling (focus on profit & loss)
* Excellent data analysis skills, Basic SQL knowledge
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and experience with Google Suite
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Fluency in English, written and spoken
* Attention to detail, analytical approach, ability to handle complexity
* Ability to communicate directly with business leaders
* Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills
* Curiosity, enthusiasm, and passion for continuous improvement
* Positive, collaborative attitude; ability to work independently and in teams
