For our Client based in the heart of Zug, we are searching for an Senior Executive Assistant 100%.
This is a rare opportunity to work directly with the senior executive as their Senior Executive Assistant 100%, providing high-level professional and personal support. The position is central to enabling productivity and effectiveness across the organization and the executive’s broader portfolio. The role goes beyond traditional assistant duties: it combines classic executive support with project coordination and operational oversight. By relieving the senior executive of day-to-day administrative and organisational tasks, the successful candidate will make a substantial contribution to their ability to focus on strategic priorities, innovation, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Organisational Support
* Coordinate and follow up on strategic initiatives, projects, and priorities across the Founder’s portfolio.
* Prepare decision-making materials, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
* Monitor progress on actions and ensure accountability across different initiatives.
Project & Innovation Support
* Provide organisational and administrative support for new ventures and transformation projects.
* Assist with research, preparation of benchmarks, market scans, and trend reports.
* Support workshops, meetings, and events, ensuring professional preparation and follow-up.
Executive & Administrative Support
* Manage an international and complex calendar; schedule and prioritise meetings.
* Prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action points for executive-level discussions.
* Act as the communication interface between the Founder, leadership team, partners, and external stakeholders.
* Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
* Handle expense management, contracts, and general correspondence.
Operational & Personal Coordination
* Ensure smooth integration of professional and personal commitments.
* Provide occasional support with personal logistics where required.
* Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Candidate Profile
Experience & Skills
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a comparable high-level support function (consulting, hospitality, or project coordination).
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Fluent in German and English; Persian is an advantage.
* High digital affinity and proficiency with MS Office and modern productivity tools.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with cultural sensitivity.
