Responsibilities
Technical management and further development of the QM department with 5 employees
Ensuring regulatory requirements (RoHS, REACH, EU Regulation 20I7/745, medical devices, PRRC)
Responsibility for the quality management system, including certification and customer audits
Performing data analyses, management reviews, and process and document training
Contract and document management (customer/supplier contracts, QSV, NDA, classifications)
Introduction and implementation of the quality management system in accordance with applicable standards
Conducting internal and external audits
Compliance with regulatory requirements (RoHS, REACH, others)
Creation and review of product specifications and processing of inquiries
Administration and optimization of deviation management and maintenance of QM documentation
Technical management of the measurement laboratory, including definition and further development of test instructions, test standards, and error catalogs
Participation in process engineering (plant engineering, process improvement, technical issues)
Your profile
A completed technical education (university of applied sciences/technical college) and in-depth knowledge of quality management
Several years of experience in quality management in medical technology
Analytical and structured thinking, especially when it comes to defining processes and documenting them in accordance with QMS
Proficiency in IT and ERP systems, SAP R3, and skills in Q.Wiki
Knowledge
Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
Strong negotiation skills and ability to communicate complex issues confidently
Active and solution-oriented approach with efficient, practical solutions
Languages
German
