The Role
As part of our development in Switzerland, we are looking for a Print Production Manager with a strong knowledge of the Swiss market, particularly in Geneva and the German-speaking regions. This part-time role combines technical print expertise, project coordination, and client relationship management. You will act as the key point of contact for our local clients – from luxury watchmakers to creative agencies – ensuring smooth project management in close collaboration with our Paris production teams and international offices.
Key Responsibilities
* Represent Imprimerie du Marais with Swiss clients in the watchmaking, beauty, hospitality, architecture, design, and corporate sectors
* Provide tailored creative and technical proposals
* Coordinate pricing and specs with our Paris HQ
* Organise and lead client meetings, workshops, and material presentations
* Track project progress through internal tools (CRM, project management, invoicing)
* Maintain and enrich our sample library
* Identify and nurture new opportunities and creative partners
Profile
* Higher education background, ideally with international exposure (e.g. UK studies)
* Prior experience in luxury print production or high-end creative project management
* Strong technical print knowledge (papers, finishes, timelines, manufacturing constraints)
* Proven client-facing and consultative skills
* Highly organised, autonomous, and detail-oriented
* Fluent in French and English – German is a strong asset
* Excellent knowledge of the Swiss business and cultural landscape
* Proficiency with Adobe Suite, CRM, project management, and billing tools
Offer
* Location: Based in Switzerland – ideally Geneva or the German-speaking region (Zurich/Basel) with occasional travel to Paris
* Contract: Part-time, permanent
* Salary: CHF 80,000–100,000 full-time equivalent, pro-rata according to working time + bonus
