We are looking for a second-level support specialist for NetSuite development. This position focuses on the analysis, resolution of advanced technical incidents and improvement of automated scripts and processes, in support of the NetSuite development and administration teams. You will play a key role in the development and optimization of NetSuite functionalities, providing strong technical expertise.
Tasks
1. Design, develop and optimize SuiteScript scripts to automate NetSuite processes.
2. Diagnose and optimize the performance of NetSuite scripts and integrations.
3. Develop and manage integrations with other systems (API, SFTP, etc.).
4. Participate in regression testing and NetSuite updates in collaboration with technical teams.
5. Write and maintain detailed technical documentation for NetSuite customizations and developments.
6. Ensure compliance, quality and security of developments in the NetSuite environment.
7. Automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency through appropriate development solutions.
8. Monitor NetSuite developments and propose continuous improvements.
Requirements
* Proven experience in NetSuite development.
* In-depth knowledge of automation tools and NetSuite development best practices.
* Strong analytical, technical problem-solving and code optimization skills.
* Ability to work independently.
* Thoroughness, attention to detail and ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
* Professional English required. Any additional language is a plus.
* Passion for snowboarding and knowledge of the outdoor sports industry is preferred.
