*Job Description** Support the development and implementation of cost-saving initiatives.Manage end-to-end operational procurement for indirect categories (IT, professional services, event-related services and other indirect spend). Handle day-to-day purchasing requests from internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures. Prepare and issue RFQs/RFPs, analyse supplier offers and support negotiations and supplier selection. Create and follow up on purchase orders, ensuring correct documentation, approvals and on-time delivery of services. Contribute to supplier relationship management, including performance follow-up and issue resolution. Collaborate closely with event, IT, finance and other internal teams to anticipate needs and optimise indirect spend. Support transversal procurement initiatives and continuous improvement projects as the procurement function is being restructured. Ensure data accuracy in procurement tools and support basic reporting on key procurement KPIs. *The Successful Applicant** Around 5 years' experience in operational procurement with a focus on indirect spend. Experience in an international environment; exposure to both private sector and NGO / international organisations is a strong asset.
