To strengthen our team, we are looking for a
Embroidery Designer (f/m/d)
In this role, you will contribute to the creative and technical development of our collections in areas such as embroidery, embellishment, laser cutting, and other in-house techniques.
This includes the following tasks:
Creating design sketches, technical drawings, and visual drafts to support seasonal concepts
Researching trends, fabrics, and inspirations to inform collection themes
Coordinating with internal teams (fabric, pattern, production) and external manufacturers
Attending relevant trade fairs and staying informed on material innovations
Managing administrative processes for material sampling and production
What makes you a great fit:
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in embroidery design
Strong expertise in embroidery techniques, textile development, and material innovation
Excellent grasp of technical detailing, with a sharp eye for quality and color
Fluency in English and Italian; German is a plus
