We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to support our global humanitarian efforts. As a key member of our Global HR Team, you will play a critical role in sourcing, assessing, and onboarding diverse talent.
Reporting directly to the Human Resources Director, you will be instrumental in managing the full recruitment cycle for both internationally deployed and headquarters-based positions. Your work will impact our mission of providing essential data and analysis to aid humanitarian action worldwide.
The successful candidate will excel in communication, building relationships with candidates and hiring managers while maintaining high levels of professionalism and confidentiality. You must have a strong grasp of recruitment best practices and the ability to manage the recruitment process efficiently, from sourcing to onboarding.

* Gross Salary: Monthly salary ranges from 5,000 CHF to 5,490 CHF (before income tax).
