Your Impact
* Build strategic relationships with clients and candidates, offering consultative workforce solutions tailored to the IT sector
* Drive business development with an entrepreneurial mindset and expand Experis’ footprint in the Basel region
* Lead and coach a team of IT recruitment professionals to exceed sales and delivery targets
* Oversee recruitment operations, performance metrics, and financial results
* Ensure compliance with Swiss labor laws and internal policies
* Support bid processes and contribute to competitive proposals
Your Profile
* Commercial background with leadership experience in recruitment or HR, ideally in the IT Sector
* Strong sales/entrepreneurial mindset, customer focus, and enthusiasm for technology-driven workforce solutions
* Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus
* Proficient in MS Office and digital tools, with strong social media awareness
