We are looking for a Senior Manager of Digital Marketing & Analytics Strategy to drive our digital growth and data-driven decision-making. In this role, you will shape marketing strategies, lead analytical initiatives, and translate insights into impactful actions that strengthen our market presence. Join us in combining creativity with analytics to deliver measurable results.
YOUR CHALLENGE
Develop and lead digital marketing strategy for Swype
Lead digital marketing initiatives across various online channels to reach business objectives
Create and oversee website & app analytics strategy across all Flanker brands
Lead the strategic development, implementation and maintenance of web & app tracking setups to ensure accurate data collection and analysis for informed-decision making in order to drive online business growth
Ensure the latest analytics technology to be implemented, consistency and alignment across business unit teams and alignment with digital strategy
Identify opportunities for enhancing tracking capabilities and provide recommendations for improvements
Analyze online customer experience, provide insights and assess improvements within the sales journey
YOUR SKILLS
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, analytics or a related field
7+ years of working experience in analytics and digital marketing strategy, including paid media
Proficiency in analytics tools such as GA4, GTM, Firebase, BigQuery, and MMP platforms to configure and track website & app performance
Technical proficiency in JavaScript to effectively create tracking codes with a clear data structure, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with web and app development teams
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations for website & app optimization
