Tasks
Joining the Financial Accounting Excellence team, you will assist in designing and implementing new processes and systems, as well as steering SWISS' global financial accounting operations. Furthermore, you will help to drive our OKR-initiatives (Objectives and Key Results).
1. Design, develop and implement best-in class processes and solutions in close collaboration with various stakeholders.
2. Support the team to analyze & steer the accounts payables & accounts receivables processes provided by our shared service centers located in Krakow, Manila and Mexico).
3. Record and illustrate processes.
4. (Co-) Manage initiatives & projects in financial accounting from planning through implementation.
5. Support different OKR initiatives (Objectives and Key results; Management Methodology).

Requirements
6. Workload Specification: For this position, a 100% workload is preferred.
7. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or an “HF” Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education in business administration or similar
8. Initial practical experience in the above areas or similar
9. Conceptual skills and an analytical & emphatic thinking capacity
10. Pro-active, independent and solution-oriented work approach
11. Very good written and spoken English (German is an advantage)
