About The Job
 * The role of DulcoLax Marketing Trainee for the Constipation category is suited to consumer-oriented, performance driven, communicative & analytical candidates who are passionate about consumer healthcare and want to be a contributor to drive short and mid-term executional excellence to make Sanofi become the best Fast Moving Consumer Healthcare company in & for the world. This position will work in a very dynamic & international team: hand to hand with the Brand Manager & in close collaboration with the Zone team of the Western Europe & colleagues from the local key functions: Sales, Shopper, Performance, Innovation, Medical, Regulatory & Supply. The role of DulcoLax Marketing Trainee will work in the CHC Western Europe area. This role is a fixed term contract for one year, with possible extension.
Main Responsibilities
 * Support developing & implementing consumer campaigns:
 * Support in the development of creativities (TV, Digital etc.) & promotional materials (Project management: retro timing, briefing, rounds of feedback).
 * Supervision (download, changes, approval) of promotional materials in local and Health Authorities systems.
 * Tracking & Analysis of sales:
 * Tracking & Analysis of the market & competition.
 * Tracking & Analysis of the media plans.
 * Tracking and analysis of promotional actions.
 * Participation in sales meetings:
 * Define key messages, create presentations, and be able to present during the meeting.
 * Build Transversal and External Relationships:
 * Build working relationships with key local stakeholders and agencies developing a strong knowledge of market and business needs and ensuring clarity in communication.
 * Financial and Operational Support:
 * Assist in the creation and follow-up of Purchase Orders (POs) in the system, ensuring timely approvals and accurate tracking.
 * Support A&P (Advertising & Promotion) budget management: monitor spend vs. plan, update trackers, and ensure compliance with internal processes.
About You
 * Experience: First experience in FMCG / OTC company is highly valued.
 * Skills: Proactivity and excellence in the work delivered. Result orientation and problem solving. Analytical thinking. Project management (be able to organize & follow up projects). Ability to adapt quickly to changing strategies and priorities. Strong communication skills. Good level of MS Office applications (Excel, PPT essential).
 * Education: Business School or Bachelor. MBA is a plus (ideally with focus on marketing).
 * Languages: Fluent in English & German.
