We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our Membership & Registration team. The role focuses on reviewing, updating, and cleaning data in the company CRM system.
Responsibilities
* Review and update data within Salesforce CRM.
* Identify and manage duplicates, inconsistencies, and missing information.
* Validate and correct administrative and account data.
* Ensure database quality, accuracy, and consistency.
* Support administrative and customer service activities within the department.
Requirements
* Diploma or university degree.
* Previous experience in administrative roles or data cleaning/data entry activities.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to handle repetitive tasks with precision.
* Familiarity with IT tools, databases, and CRM systems (Salesforce).
* Excellent knowledge of English and Italian.
