Overview
Job Description The Marketing Director Europe will oversee the marketing outlook and roadmap for Urology and Critical Care (UCC) in Europe. Reporting to the UCC Senior Business Unit Director Europe, the position is critical to the success of the BD UCC business within the BD Interventional Segment.
Your objective will be to implement the marketing strategy and capabilities for BD UCC across Europe. This will unlock the potential, growth, and profitability of the UCC portfolio, services, and solutions.
The role is instrumental in completing and embedding changes to the marketing operating model in the BU organization, ensuring effectiveness of collaboration and impact on business results.
