What We’re Looking For
* Local Presence and Language:
You must already reside in Saudi Arabia and have excellent command of Arabic and English for effective communication with clients and coordination with our HQ team.
* Climbing Insight:
You understand the climbing industry, its community, and the people who are shaping its future. Experience in sports, leisure, or active entertainment is a strong advantage.
* Sales Mindset:
You’re curious, persistent, and motivated by creating value, not just closing deals. Experience in sales, particularly in climbing, sports, or entertainment, is a big plus.
* Mobility:
You’ll be traveling across Saudi Arabia meeting gym owners, entrepreneurs, developers, and visionaries, and helping them turn their ideas into thriving climbing and active entertainment spaces.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Representing Walltopia’s full range of products: climbing walls, holds, mats, and other equipment.
* Meeting clients, understanding their goals, and guiding them through the process of building high-quality climbing gyms and attractions.
* Negotiating contract terms to secure mutually beneficial deals.
* Preparing offers and tracking client interactions through our CRM system.
* Coordinating with designers, engineers, and project managers via MS Teams.
* Supporting our marketing efforts to strengthen Walltopia’s presence in Saudi Arabia.
* Participating in our annual Walltopia Strategy Agents Meeting in Bulgaria, where we align visions, share ideas, and climb together.
