Our practice is Accenture Strategy Financial Services Switzerland and we shape the C-level agenda of leading financial service companies and fast-growing FinTechs. Operating from our global wealth management center of excellence in Zurich, we combine in-depth banking expertise with strategic excellence to solve our clients’ most pressing challenges.
The earliest possible start date for this role is beginning of 2026.
Your daily work
1. Develop next generation banking business models that leverage blockchain technologies, DeFi, tokenization and digital assets
2. Create digital product strategies that excite users and unlock new revenue streams
3. M&A, venture building and fit-for-future restructuring to support the growth of our clients
4. Develop intelligent operating models that allow companies to scale and adapt to constant market change
5. Infuse creative thinking, thought leadership and agile mindsets to transform the Client culture
6. Develop in-depth expertise in financial services industry and disseminate our point of view through publications and conferences
7. Grow with the team and take end-to-end responsibility for global strategic projects
8. Collaborate with experts ranging from research, technology, to user experience design to bring the best solutions to clients

Who you are
9. Excellent master's, or diploma degree, preferably with PhD/MBA, in business administration, commerce, (industrial) engineering, or computer science
10. Track record either in strategy/management consulting for financial services providers in a leading role or in business development, analytics, or big data in a financial services or insurance environment or in developing new business models
11. Sales experience and well-versed with cost reduction processes and workforce transformation
12. Good methodological, analytical, and conceptual skills combined with affinity for technology: blockchain, big data, analytics, artificial intelligence, web 3.0
13. Agile mindset, strong communication skills in both German and English, high customer orientation and confident face to face
