Job description
1. Independent supporting, acquisition and consulting of global key customers in the field of medical implantable and life sustaining medical applications
2. Ensuring comprehensive technical and commercial customer support and building up a personal network tailored to the individual customer and industry requirements
3. Development, coordination and implementation of sales concepts and measures to market our technically demanding product range within the target market
4. Continuous monitoring of the defined sales targets and maximizing the share of wallet within the assigned account base
5. Pro-active, product- and target group specific acquisition of new projects and customers through field work and realization of cross-selling potentials
6. Conducting and concluding contract negotiations within defined framework conditions
7. Processing tenders in coordination with all concerned internal departments and with the overall sales management
8. Regular coordination with the relevant departments at headquarters and exchange on market-relevant topics, significant business cases and market developments
9. Creation of business plans and forecasts
10. Carrying out regular customer visits including product and company presentations and participating in trade fairs
11. Direct reporting line to the chief sales and marketing officer
Candidate Profile
12. Successfully completed commercial or technical university degree or completed vocational training with additional position-related qualifications
13. Several years of experience in sales of technically demanding products requiring explanation, ideally in the medical technology environment
14. Enjoy developing technical and commercial solutions and extensive experience in direct customer contact
15. Active, outgoing and winning personality with proven closing skills in the combination of customer support and sales
16. Structured, results-oriented way of working
17. In addition to the (Swiss) German / French mother tongue, we expect very good oral and written English skills
18. Willingness to regularly travel abroad for several days
